Motion by Nielsen second by Van Heiden to approve the minutes of the October regular meeting. All ayes, carried. Motion by Van Heiden second by James to approve the Treasurer’s report for October. Jennifer Nazario, Library Board, presented the Library Report. Gary Sindelar, Ryken Engineering, gave an update on the water and sewer projects. Leon Abels and Merrill Lindaman presented the public works report. Kevin Fiscel donated a new 30kw generator to the city in memory of his father. He is asking that the generator be hooked up jointly to the Fire Station and Memorial Building to be used for emergency situations. The City will proceed with the installation and thanked Kevin for his generosity. The City Clerk is to place and ad in the Hometown Shopper regarding the use of the Grundy Co. Landfill. Motion by Nielsen second by James to approve a building permit for Dave Sadowski. All ayes, carried. Motion to adjourn Lindaman second by Van Heiden. All ayes, carried.
