AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING AND
INCORPORATING CERTAIN LAND
WITHIN THE LIMITS AND
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF BEL
AIRE, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following described land meeting one or more
conditions for annexation as prescribed by K.S.A. 12-520 is hereby
included and brought within the Corporate limits of the City of Bel
Aire, Kansas, as requested by the owners by written petition, to wit:
South 365 feet of the West 230
feet of the East 673 feet of
the Southeast Quarter of
Section 25, Township 26 South,
Range 1 East of the 6th P.M.,
except the South 40 feet
thereof for road.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the official city newspaper.
