RESOL'JTION #95-7
APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVES TO SERVE ON THE
[41DDLESEX COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMITTEE AND THE CARTERET COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS. the Borough Council appoints a representative to serve on
the Middlesex County Housing and Co,~nunity Development Co,~,ittee
every year; and
WHEREAS. vacancies presently exist on [he Community Development Board
of the Borough of Carteret;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED. that Patricia Holden
be appointed to the Middlesex County Housing and Community
Development Co~nittee for the year 1995 and th'at the *following
appointments be made to the Community Development Board of the
Borough of Carteret for the term prescribed:
County Representative Patricia Holden - 1 year
Council Representative D. Bialowarczuk 12/31/95
Member Michael Sica - 5 years. 12/31/9g
BE Il FURTHER RESOLVED. that this resolution shall take effect
immediately.
