Clem has resigned as a member of the Leesburg Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, Mr. Royston's term as a member of the Airport Commission would expire on June 30, 1990 and Mr. Clem's term on the Leesburg Planning Commission would expire on December 31, 1988; and THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: Richard Wade is appointed to the Leesburg Airport Commission for a term to expire 3une 30, 1988 and Carl R. Johnson is appointed to the Leesburg Planning Commission for a term to expire December 31, 1988. PASSED this 13th day of ATTEST: Clerk of ~uncil January , 1988. Robert E.
