AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
FOR A POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY OF ALL
TOWN CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg received proposals from personnel consultants
to update the town classification and pay plan; and
WHEREAS, the selection committee reviewed the proposals and interviewed
the proponents; and
WHEREAS, the selection committee rated Public Administration Services (PAS)
as the top ranked firm and contract price negotiations have been concluded:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to enter into a contract on behalf
of the town with Public Administration Services in an amount not to exceed
$16,980.00 for personnel consulting services for all town classified positions.
