the mayor at 8:15.Because of the fact tht the Election
Judges weee at work the meeting was adjourned to meet
the following evening at 8:00 PM

April 6th,1921
2HE ADJOURNED MEETING was called to order by the
mayor at 8:00 pm.All members present.The minutes of the
last regular meeting were read and two revisions order-
ed.The minutes of the meeting,at which the Annual Approp-
riation Ordinance was passed,having been lost,the clerk
was ordered to rewrite same from information already
given to the printer.
Bowman moved,seconded by Duncan, that the mayor and
clerk be instructed to issue warrant for the semi-annual
interest on the Waterworks Extension Bonds. All vote YEA.
Andrews moved, seconded by Duncan that the applica-
tion of Elgin Kinkade for Billiard-room License be approv-
ed.All vote YEA
Superintendent J.N.Cherry tendered his resignation.
Bowman moved,seconded by Jeremiassen to accept the same.
All vote YEA.
Andrews moved, seconded by Bowman,that the city
engineers be instructed to report as to who gets water in
tanks from the pump house and to collect for the same.All
vote YEA.
Bowman moved , seconded by Duncan,that the mayor and
clerk be instructed to authorize Attorney I1ilyard,Trnstee,
to release the .3000.00 held in escrow as a guarantee on
the TownTs generators.
