SPECIAL MEETING
October 9, 2001
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above in the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor Karla R. Hancock called the Special City
Council Meeting to order at 4:14 PM. In attendance were
Councilmembers Kyle Bailey, Kirstin Peterson, and Joseph Lekarczyk.
Also present were City Manager Donna Metzler, and City
Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel Ellison.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was: Canvassing of votes and final
audit of the Moab City Primary Election held on October 2, 2001.
Council and Mayor reviewed the audited election results including
absentee votes processed at the meeting.
Councilmember Peterson moved to accept the final election results as:
Kyle D. Bailey 338
Jeffrey A. Davis 321
Gregory Klepzig 210
Joseph M. Lekarczyk 242
Janet Lowe 245
Councilmember Bailey seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0
aye.

Mayor Hancock adjourned the Special Meeting at 4:15 PM. ADJOURNMENT
