RESOLUTtON #95-9
ESTABLISHING A PETTY-CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A: 5-21
BE Il RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A.
40A: 5-21 a Petty Cash Fund be established for the Borough of
Carteret upon final approval from The Division of Local Government
Services; and
WHEREAS, said Petty-Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for
by the Purchasing Department in the amount of $250.00; and
WHEREAS, the Custodian of said fund will be bonded with corporate
surety in the amount of $1,000.00.
