A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING JOHN W. TOLBERT, JR. AS THE COUNCIL'S
REPRESENTATIVE ON THE P~VIEW COMMITTEE FOR THE ROUTE 643
BOOSTER WATER PUMPING STATION DESIGN PROJECT
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal will be issued to select an engineering
firm to design the Route 643 Booster Water Pumping Station Design Project;
and
WHEREAS, the cost of these services will exceed $35,000.00; and
WHEREAS, Section 8.2-5 of the town's Purchasing Policy requires the
appointment of a counciLmember to serve on the consultant select~on Review
Committee to recommend contracts to the Council:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
John W. Tolbert, Jr., is appointed to serve as the Council
representative on the Review Committee to recommend a desiqn engineer for
the Route 643 Booster Water Pumping Station Design Project.
