RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF WASHINGTON-
VIRGINIA TRADITIONAL DEVELOPMENT SITES, INC. (LEESBURG SOUTH)
FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11,
TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application of Washington-Virginia Traditional Development Sites,
Inc. (Leesburg South) for revision of the zoning district map, assigned No.
ZM-99, to rezone 337.4 acres of land from County R-1 to PRC, is received and
referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing and recox~endation
under Chapter 11, Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
