APPOINTMENT PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
FOR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENIS
WHEREAS, the Affirmative Action Office, Department of the Treasury,
requires each municipality to designate a person to act as a
liason and to serve as a Public Agency Compliance Officer for
Affirmative Action ;and
WHEREAS, said requirements are pursuant to P.L. 197C.127
(N.J.A.C. 17:27) Public Contracts Law ;and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Gloria Goodrich
is hereby appointed Public Agency Compliance Officer for the
Borough of Carteret for 1995.
