A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR STATE
REVOLVING FUND (SRF) LOAN AND DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE
WHEREAS, The Richmond Sanitary District (RSD) of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
has plans for Tertiary Building Modification and Improvements to its
Wastewater Treatment Plant to meet State and Federal regulations, such as
NPDES discharge limitations, and the City of Richmond intends to proceed
with the construction of such works; and
WHEREAS, The Richmond Sanitary District, through its Board of Sanitary
Commissioners, has adopted Confirmatory Resolution No. 13 -2008 on
December 23, 2008 to undertake such project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Richmond Board of Sanitary
Commissioners, the governing body of the Richmond Sanitary District, that:
1. Richard Bodiker, Richmond Sanitary Board President, be authorized to make
application for an SRF Loan and provide the State Revolving Fund Loan
Program such information, data and documents pertaining to the loan process
as may be required, and otherwise act as the authorized representative of the
City of Richmond and Richmond Sanitary District.
2. The City of Richmond and Richmond Sanitary District agree to comply with
the Indiana Finance Authority, State of Indiana and Federal requirements as
they pertain to the SRF.
2. That two copies of the resolution be prepared and submitted as part of the
Richmond Sanitary District's Preliminary Engineering Report.
