AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE POTOMAC CROSSING SOUTH
CONCEPT PLAN
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider an application by Potomac
Crossing, L.P./KMWM Corporation for Concept Plan approval and town plan
amendment to allow a total of 530 dwelling units, including 226 single-family
dwellings, 184 townhouses and 120 multi-family units on approximately 137
acres of land located south of the Potomac Crossing Planned Development, east
of the Route 15 Bypass and north of Edwards Ferry Road extended (Route 773)
shall be advertised in the Loudoun Times-Mirror. The notice shall be pub-
lished on March 31, and April 7, 1988, for public hearing on April 13, 1988
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg,
Virginia.
