CALLED:
April 18th,1921
THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER by the mayor at
7:45PM with all members present.
The minutes of the last regular and called meet-
ings were read and approved by the Chair.
The Finance Committee reported orally that they
had checked the books of the Town Clerk and had found all
entries correct with the exception of a difference of -311.15
said amount having been deposited in the First National Bank
but with no entry of same on the clerk' s books.
• Bowman moved,seconded by Dundas, that ,since the Trea-
surer' s report was received so late that it was impossible
to check same, that it be filed for future reference.All vote
YEA.
• There being no further business to come before the
meeting,it was moved by Bowman, seconded by Jeremiassen that
• tha Board ad:lourn ,DINE DIE.All vote YEA.
