RESOLUTION.#95-13
APPOINTING A ZONING OFFICER FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Zoning Officer in the Borough
of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said
appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that
Ralph DeFrancesco
be a.d is appointed Zoning Officer of the Borough of Carteret,
effective January 1, 1995.
