RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider rezoning application #ZM-97 by
North Lee Development Associates to rezone 5.3 acres of land located east of
the Route 15 Bypass and north of Edwards Ferry Road Extended from County R-1
to County PD-SC shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror. The notice
shall be published on April 28, and May 5, 1988, for public hearing on May 11,
1988, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg,
