Elect 1 H, Smith.Notary A.BECK administered the oaths of
office as follows: To

J J Newell Trustee for two years.
The roll was then called.All present.
A communication from ershing,Nye, Trye,and Tallmadge
was read and tabled .
?he matter of Bonds nos.5 and 6 was discussed.
The matter of sn audit of the own Books was then
discussed. Newell moved,seconded by rfner that the 7.'inance
Committee take up ant report on the eobt of auditing the books.
All vote YEA.
The mayor then called for an expression of opinion
of proper proceedure in the matter of the .unicipal light
Plant.
A letter from the Dean of Electrical Engineering
at the University of Colorado was read concerning the test-
ing of the Light Plant. Hasbrouck moved,seconded byGa.fner
that the mayor communicate with Dean :vans of the U of C
in regard to an investigation.All vote YEA.
The mayor the appointed the following committees
with the first-named man as thr chairman in each committee;

The Committees and their functions were then dis-
cussed.
Various applications were read and tabled.

There being no further business to come before the
meeting, it was moved by Andrews, seconded by Newell to adjourn
subject to the call of the rQayor. I'll vote YEA.
