SPECIAL MEETING
November 29, 2001
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date in the
Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor Karla R. Hancock called the Special City
Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. In attendance were
Councilmembers Gregg W. Stucki, Joseph Lekarczyk, Kirstin Peterson
Rob Sweeten and Kyle Bailey. Also present were City Manager Donna J.
Metzler, Deputy Recorder Danielle Shumway, Public Works Director
Brent Williams, City Planner Robert Hugie, Planning and Community
Development Director David Olsen and Temporary Planning Assistant
Teresa Roberts. Also present were Planning Commission Members Sam
Taylor and Dave Woods.
Councilmember Peterson moved to approve the Proposed Resolution
#22-2001 — A Resolution Adopting a Cafeteria Plan for the City of Moab.
Councilmember Bailey seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0 aye
by roll -call -vote.
City Planner Robert Hugie gave a presentation on the Moab City General
Plan. Discussion followed.

PRESENTATION & DISCUSSION
Councilmember Lekarczyk moved to remove the proposed zoning map REMOVAL OF ZONING MAP
from the Moab City General Plan. Councilmember Peterson seconded `'PROVED
the motion. The motion carried 4-1 aye with Councilmember Sweeten
voting nay.
Mayor Hancock adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:10 p.m.
