RESOLUTION NO. 88-87 ADOPTED May 11, 1988
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH PERRY ENGINEERING COMPANY,
INCORPORATED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CLUBHOUSE DRIVE
RELOCATION
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on April 21, 1988, for the
construction of Clubhouse Drive Relocation in accordance with the bid
doc~nents prepared by Paciulli, Simmons and Associates; and
WHEREAS, the bid documents were evaluated by Paciulli, Simmons and
Associates and determined to be responsible and fully responsive; and
WHEREAS, Paciulli, Simmons and Associates recommends award of the
contract and bid alternate #1 (traffic signal) to Perry Engineering
Company, Inc. for the lump sum price of $317,514.06; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works concurs with
this recommendation:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in
Virginia as follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to enter into a lump sum
contract with Perry Engineering Company, Incorporated in accordance
with their bid for the Clubhouse Drive Relocation project in the
amount of $317,514.06.
