EXECUTIVE SESSION
FEBRUARY 8, 1 65
The executive session was called to order by the Mayor.
"after considerable discussion of the refusal of the low bidder, the
Brentwood Landscaping Co., to perform the work required in the construc-
tion of Temple City Park, the City Council in an executive session held.
Febr. 8, 1965, after the regular Council Meeting instructed the City
IAttorney to notify the next lowest bidder, Joe Delgado Co., Inc.
701:6 De Cells Place, Van Nuys, Calif., that they were being awarded
the contract and also instructing the City Attorney to proceed with
legal action against the Brentwood Landscaping Co.
The above motion was made by Councilman Nunamaker, seconded
by Councilman Dickason, roll call vote to carry as follows:
AYES: Councilmen- Dickason, Harker, Nunamaker, Merritt
HOES: Councilman- Tyrell
P BSENT: Councilmen-None.
