allowed and warrants drawn on the = reasurer fot the amounts.

It was decided that beginning June is t,water could
be run until 8:00 PM.
There being no further business to come before
the meeting,Andrews moved,seconded. by Newell to adjourn sub-

THE MEETING VAS CALLED TO ORDER by the mayor
at 8:00 PY,who announced that the meeting was called for
the purpose of approving and ratifying the action of the
committee in enaaginL t _ r.rreorge .Tolbrook,of _oenver,
to make an audit of the Town books, since January lst,1918,
and to instruct _�;�r.rTolbrook,who was present,as to the val-
uations to be used by him at the above date ,in order to
determine the present physical valuation of the ater orks
Plant..ere sent,Newell,Gafner,.Andrews, oundas and Mayor Smith.
h_bsent,Nasbrouck and Anderson.Quorum present.
In the absence of rustee Hasbrouck, the Mayor read
two letters. from him to Mr. olbrook,and Mr.Holbrook' s replies,
advising Mr.Holbrook that his proposition to audit the .'own's
books was accepted.

of the Committee in securing the services of Mr. TTolbrook
be ratified and approved. All vote YEA.
After much consideration and discussion it was
thought best to accept the valuation of the rater dorks Plant
at January lst,1918 as shown on page 31 of the annual re-
port for 1917 to the 2'ublic Utilities Commission,for the year
ending December 31,1917 ,as follows,to wit:
