meeting, it was moved by Hasbrouck, seconded by Anderson that

REGULAR MEETING
June 7th,1921
THT MEETING WAS CALL D PO ORDER by the mayor
at 8 :00 PM with all members present. The minutes of the
last regular and called meetings were read and approv-
e by the chair.
The communications were read by the clerk af-
ter which the committees reported.
Ale mayor and chairman of the Light and ater
Committee reported on their trip to Denver to consult
with the Public Utilities Commission. Hasbrouck moved,
seconded by Gafner that the zown employ an attorney.All
vote YEA.
Andrews moved,seconded by uewell, that a com-
mittee of three, to include the mayor,be appointed to con-
sult with an attorney relative to the Light Utility.All
vote YEA.The mayor then appointed Trustees Sunda s,Newell
to serve with him.
Gafner moved, seconded by Hasbrouck that Jr.
Norcross of the ome Tas electric Company be invited
to meet with the Board.All vote YEA.
rasbrouck moved, seconded by dafner that G A
Cloyd be given the town hauling.All vote YEA.
Hasbrouck moved,seconded by Anderson, that
80ci be allowed per load for trash hauled by the various
d r ayme n on Clean-up :gay.All vote YEA.
