W~EREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act/ Chapter
P.L. 1975, pemnits the exclusion of the public fr~, a meeting la certain
circumstances; and

Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as
follows:
