The Information Inc., of the City of Lynwood met in a Mid-Year Budget Workshop
at City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 9:21 a.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Directors Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez, and Byrd answered roll call.
Also present were Assistant City Manager Hempe, Assistant City Attorney Boyd
a"" Hill, Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.

Item #4: Mid year budget review.
Assistant City Manager Hempe discussed and reviewed the mid-year budget
with Directors.
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by
Chairman Byrd and carried to adjourn at 10:16 a.m.
