LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC. FEBRUARY 3 2000
The Information Inc., of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 9:46 a.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Directors Rea, Reyes, Richards, and Byrd answered roll call.
Director Sanchez was absent.
Also present were Assistant City Manager Hempe, City Attorney Boyd Hill,
Secretary Hooper, and Treasurer Pygatt.
fI Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been posted in accordance with
"` The Brown Act.

By general consent item #4: budget workshop purposes strategic planning and
item #5: smart commuters, were continued.
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Richards, seconded by
Director Reyes and carried to adjourn at 10:52 a.m.
