C.Discussion of Tobacco-Free City Parks Discussion: Council would like signs in park stating thank you for not smoking, healthy lungs at work. Mark Petersen (631 Kimberlite St) does not like the Faselt idea (Grove Park Development) would like the council to consider something else in this space like a dollar store.
