RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF AMURCON LEESBURG
CORPORATION FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11,
TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application of Amurcon Leesburg Corporation for revision of the
zoning district map, assigned No. 724-104, to rezone 37 acres of land from
PDH-30 to PDH-30 modified, to establish building setback/buffers of 50 feet
along the eastern and western property lines, is received and referred to the
Planning Commission for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11,
Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
