LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC.. FEBRUARY 28. 2000
The Information Inc., of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting, 11331
Ernestine on the above date at 2:31 p.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Directors Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez, and Byrd answered roll call.
Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, and Secretary
Hooper.
Treasurer Pygatt was absent.
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been posted in accordance with
The Brown Act.
Item #4: Strategic Planning Workshop
City Manager Davis presented to the Directors an overview of the community
survey taken by the ambassador program. Department heads explained the
issues and programs with possible solutions to survey.

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by
Director Sanchez and carried to adjourn at 5:05 p.m.
