h RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A TIME EXTENStON AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
HFRITAGE PARK
WHEREAS, HO--WAR Plumbing Corporation and the Calvert Companies, Inc.,
the builders and developers of the Heritage Park Apartments, have not
completed the required public improvements in accordance with the approved
construction drawings and town standards within the two year period agreed
to in the contract for public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the corporate surety bond in the amount of $239,135.00 has
been extended for one year by the American Insurance Company and %his has
been approved for legal form by the Town Attorney:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The extension for one year of the corporate surety bond in
the amount of $239,135.00 from the American Insurance Company as a security
to guarantee the installation of public improvements at the Heritage Park
Development is approved.
