SPECIAL MEETING
January 27, 2000
The Moab City Council held a special meeting on the above date at the
Moab Arts and Recreation Center at 111 East 100 North., Moab, Utah.
Mayor Karla R. Hancock called the Special City Council Meeting to
order at 8:45 AM. In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle Bailey,
Rob Sweeten, Gregg W. Stucki, and Kirstin Peterson. Also present were
City Manager Donna J. Metzler, City Recorder Rachel Ellison,
Community Development Coordinator David Olsen, City Treasurer
Laurie Ramstetter, Police Chief Alan West, Assistant Police Chief
Michael Navarre, Public Works Director Brent Williams, Planning Aide
Debra Gilger, Recreation Coordinator Marcy Clokey-Till, Moab Arts
and Recreation Center Manager Eve Passeltiner, Parks Superintendent
Mark Marshall, City Attorney Chris McAnany, Moab Swim Center
Manager Shawn Welch, and Temporary Planning Aide Janet Lowe.
The purpose of this Special Meeting was a Department Head Workshop.
Presentations were made by Recreation Coordinator Clokey-Till, Moab
Arts and Recreation Center Manager Passeltiner and Community
Development Coordinator Olsen. Discussion followed.
Mayor Hancock adjourned the Special meeting at 12:00 PM
