LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC., APRIL 4, 2000
The Information Inc., of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Session at 11330
Bullis Road on the above date at 6:48 p.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Directors Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez, and Byrd answered roll call.
Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Project Manager
Jackson, and Treasurer Pygatt.
T~ Secretary Hooper was absent.
Project Manager Jackson announced that the Agenda had been posted in
accordance with The Brown Act.

Item #5: MediaOne efforts to bridge digital divide
Johanna Jacobs-Howard -Public Relations Officer
Spoke about the MediaOne website for the children. Stated it is an exciting new ~ ~
~Y development for children. This program was launched on March 1ST in South ~~ F~
~~~ Central Los Angeles. Stated that the kids themselves do the work for the a~nm~r
information that is put in the website. She would like to have Lynwood children
involved on the Board.
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Richards and carried to:

It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Richards to adopt:
LII RESOLUTION NO. 2000.8 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE ~• ~•$
LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC., LYNWOOD CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND
APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFORE".

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by
