RESOLUTION NO. 88-144
A RESOLUTION: RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AND APPROVING A
MAINTgNANCE GUARANTEE FOR STORMWATER DETENTION POND, PHASE
%%B OF AEESBURG GATEWAY SUBDIVISION
'.WHEREAS, the Sycolin Partnership, the developer of Leesburg Gateway
Subdivision Section IIB has co~r~ieted the stormwater detention pond in
accordance with approved plans and ~own standards, and these have been
inspected and approved.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
~s follows:
SECTION I. The irrevocable letter of credit from First American Bank of
McLean Virginia in the amount of $8,000.00 is released, and a perfo]mnance
9uarantee for maintenance in the amount of $2,000.00 in a form approved by
the town attorney is approved, and shall be in effect for a period of one
year from this date.
SECTION II. This release is contingent upon delivery of a properly
executed instrument conveying unto the town all easements free of any liens
