AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR #ZM-102 - SAMUEL H. ROGERS,
III
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider rezoning application #ZM-102 by
Samuel H. Rogers, III to rezone 5.001 acres of land from County R-1 and A-3 to
Town R-l, located on the eastern edge of Lawson Road (Route 654) and bounded
on the north by land of Turner-Wilson, on the west by Lawson Road and lands
of Ciganek, Laude and Alberts, and on the south and east by lands of Leegate
Corporation, shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror. The notice shall
be published on August 25 and September 1, 1988, for public hearing on
September 13, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street,
S.W., Leesburg, Virginia.
