CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Chairman Kiefer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Commissioners Heinen, Minnis, Ruane, Womack, and Chairman Kiefer were present.
Commissioners Renzi and Seggebruch were not present (not required for quorum).
OTHERS PRESENT: Jonathan Proulx, Director of Planning
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Chairman Kiefer stated no public comments were received via email.
OLD BUSINESS
No Old Business.
NEW BUSINESS
1898-100820.SU 23253 W. Renwick Rd. John Quinn
Commissioner Ruane made a motion to open the Public Hearing for the requested special use for 23253
W. Renwick Rd. and continue the Public Hearing to the November 17, 2020 meeting of the Plan
Commission.
Second by Commissioner Minnis. Vote by roll call: Heinen, yes; Womack, yes; Minnis, yes; Ruane, yes;
Kiefer, yes. Motion carried 5-0.
DISCUSSION
No discussion.
Chairman Kiefer read the reminders.
ADJOURN
Plan Commission meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
