THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY THE MAYOR at 8:00 PM
Clerk Kirby absent.Trust6e Hasbrouck was appointed Clerk pro
tempore.
� ewell moved,seconded by Gafner,that the Board employ the
Home Gas and Electric Company to hook up the town temporarily
to furnish power for lighting gnd pumping. All vote YEA.
Moved by Newell,seconded by Dundas, that R R Bowman be em-
ployed by the Board to serve as Superintendent of %`eater lzorks
and Town Clerk at a salary of ` 140.00 per month commencing
August ist,1921 and continuing till the Town Board sees fit to
make a change. All vote YEA.
Moved by Gafner, seconded. by Newell,that the Board accept
the resignation of W D Kirby to take effect August lst,1921.
All vote YEA.
Moved by Anderson,seconded by Gafner,that a toilet and
signs be erected and posted advertising a camp ground at Ault.
ALL vote YEA.
There being no further business to come before the Board
it was moved by ,seconded by to adjourn
subject to the call of the mayor. All vote YEA.

Trustee Andrews was the only member absent.
The letters of Hendrie & Bolthof f, i i.J.0fallon, and the
Home Gas & Electric = o. giving 3pecfic .tions and prices for
a motor for the pumpin plant were r ad by the Mayor anddis-
cussed by the Board.
Anderson .roved, seconder_ by Newell that the offer of the
Home Gas & Electric Co.. be accepted as read. ' 1l pre=ent vote

Anderson moved,seconded. by Hasbrouck that they be accepted as
read. All Present vote YEA.
Letters from the Westinhouse1ectric & MD; Co. and United
States Rubbe = Co. were read and. discussed.
Gaffner moved, second.dd b-,- i:Tewell that the Clerk be instructed
to mail Roy Laney a deed to lot 9 sec 9 block 3 in she cemetery.
