RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider a Zoning Ordinance amEmdment
regarding rear yards in the R-3 Zoning District shall be published in the
Loudoun Times-Mirror. The notice shall be published on August 25 and
September 1, 1988, for public hearing on September 13, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg, Virginia.
