CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE & ROLL CALL
Chairman Kiefer called the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and led the Pledge.
ROLL CALL: Commissioners Heinen, Minnis, Ruane, Womack, and Chairman Kiefer were present.
Commissioners Renzi and Seggebruch were absent.
OTHERS PRESENT: Jonathan Proulx, Director of Planning
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Chairman Kiefer stated no public comments were received via email.

No Report.
OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS
Case No. 1899-100820.VAR 16258 S. Howard St. Trista Countryman
Commissioner Minnis made a motion to we open the Public Hearing for the requested variance for 16258
S. Howard St. and continue the Public Hearing to the November 17, 2020 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
Second by Commissioner Heinen. Vote by roll call: Ruane, yes; Womack, yes; Heinen, yes; Minnis,
yes; Kiefer, yes. Motion carried 5-0.
