SPECIAL MEETING
February 9, 2000
The Moab City Council held a special meeting on the above date at the
Moab Arts and Recreation Center at 111 East 100 North., Moab, Utah.
Mayor Karla R. Hancock called the Special City Council Meeting to
order at 8:40 AM. In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle Bailey,
Rob Sweeten, Gregg W. Stucki, and Kirstin Peterson. Also present were
City Manager Donna J. Metzler, City Recorder Rachel Ellison, City
Treasurer Laurie Ramstetter, Police Chief Alan West, Assistant Police
Chief Michael Navarre, Sergeant Scott Mallon, Administrative Secretary
II Ann Guerrero, Public Works Director Brent Williams, Recreation
Coordinator Marcy Clokey-Till, Moab Arts and Recreation Center
Manager Eve Passeltiner, Parks Superintendent Mark Marshall, City
Attorney Chris McAnany, Streets Superintendent Kenneth Denney,
Water/Sewer Superintendent Larry Johnson, and Temporary Planning
Aide Janet Lowe.
The purpose of this Special Meeting was a Department Head Workshop.
Presentations were made by City Manager Metzler, Public Works
Director Williams, Parks Superintendent Marshall, Streets
Superintendent Denney, Water/Sewer Superintendent Johnson, Police
Chief West, Assistant Police Chief Navarre and Sergeant Mallon.
Discussion followed.
Mayor Hancock adjourned the Special meeting at 2:15 PM
