PfESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL
OF THE JUNK YARD LICENSE ISSUED TO
JOSEPH BARCH FOR THE YEAR 1995
WHEREAS, Joseph Barch has made application and paid the proper
fee for the Renewal of his Junk Yark License for the Year 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Municipal Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Junk Yark License for
the Year 1995 to Joseph Batch, t/a "Bazch's Auto Wreckers" at
1 Beverly Street, in the Borough of Carteret, New Jersey.
Adopted the 19th day of January, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 20, 1995.
