WIIEPJ~AS, applicatiou has been properly made to the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, N~w Jersey by Holy Family ~man Catholic
of tile Borough of Carteret; and
WI{ER~AS, it appears that tile applicant(s) is/are qualified to be
licensed and that the me,~oers desiguated to conduot BINGO GAMES and
to assist are bolla fide members of the applioant(s); and
WIIER~AS, tine applical~t (s} has/have signified that tile games will be
played in accordance with Rules 6, 7 aud 8 of the Legalized Games
of Chauce Control Co~unission's regulations;
NOW, TIIEREFOP. E, BE IT AND IT IS ]]EP. EEY RESOLVED that tile Borough
Clerk is hekeby directed to execute tile endorsement of the Mayor
and Counoil by issuing, for tile remainder of tile year, upon proper
presentation of application and fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the
applicant (s);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be
sent forthwith to tine Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission,
1100 Raymond Boulevard, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
