A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF ONE (1) TRACT OF
LAND COMPRISING APPROXIMATELY 5.65 ACRES AND SETTING A PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER THE SAME.
WHEREAS, on December 1, 1999 the Town of Fraser received a petition for annexation of one
(1) tract ofland comprising approximately 5.65 acres;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF FRASER, COLORADO:
1. That annexation proceedings be initiated upon a Petition for Annexation of the
following described territory to the Town (Exhibit A), which petition appears to be in
substantial compliance with the applicable provisions of Chapter 31, Article 12,
Colorado Revised Statutes,
2. That February 16,2000 at 7:45 p.m. is hereby established as the date and time, and
the Fraser Town Hall, 153 Fraser Avenue, Fraser, Colorado, as the place, to
determine if the proposed annexation complies with Sections 31-12-104 and 31:-12-
105, C.R.S., or such parts thereof as may be required to establish eligibility under Par
1 of Chapter 31, Article 12 of said statutes.
DULY MOVED, SECONDED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED DECEMBER 16, 1999, THE
VOTE UPON ROLL CALL BEING AS FOLLOWS:
