DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLES LICENSE TO
HOLY FAMILY ROMAN CA1/~OLIC C~URCH
WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by Holy F~-~ly R~msn Catholic
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicant(s) is/are qualified robe li-
censed and that the members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist
are bona fide members of the applicant(s); and
WHEREAS, the applicant(s) has/have signified that the g~nes will be
played in accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of
Chance Commission's Regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED0 by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endors~nent of the Mayor and
Council by issuing, upon proper presentation of application and fees,
a RA~'~'LES LICENSE to the applicant(s);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized G~mes of Chance Control Cu~mdssion, P. O.
Box 46000, Newark, New 3ersey 07101.
CERTIFICATION
