A RE~LUTION: AU~ORIZING ~ AG~E~NT AND ~PROVING A PE~ORMAN~
GUARAN~E AND WATER AND SE~R ~NSION PE~ITS FOR W~DL~
MANOR PHASE I
REeLeD by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for p~tic
improvements for the ~provements shown on the plans approved by the
Director of E~ineering and Public Works for Wo~lea Manor Phase I.
SECTION II. The extension of ~n~cipal water and sewer works for
Woodtea Manor Phase I is approved in accord~ce with Section 15-9 and 19-18
of the Town of C~e.
SECTI~ III. An irrev~le bank letter of credit in a fo~ approved by
the town attorney from Signet Bank of Virginia in the amount of
$3,221,000.00 is approved as security to ~arantee installation of the
public ~provements shown on plans approved ~ the Director of Engineering
and Public Works for W~dlea Manor Phase I.
SECTION IV. ~ irrevoc~le bank letter of credit in a fo~ approved by
the town attorney from Signet Bank of Virginia in the ~ount of $62,000.00
is approved as security to ~arantee the installation of p~lic
improvements for the connection of Bradfield Drive.
