AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
REGARDING THE H-2 ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL DISTRICT
ATTEST:
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. A Notice of Public Hearing to consider a rezoning amendment
to the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance regarding the H-2 Architectural Control
District shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror. The notice shall be
published in October 20 and 27, 1988, editions of the Loudoun Times-Mirror for
public hearing on November 8, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10
Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg, Virginia.
SECTION II. The Clerk shall notify the Planning Commission of this
hearing and invite them to attend and participate.
