THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. __L~3_
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING FOR
SALARY OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF
THE CITY AND PROVIDING FOR THE METHOD OF
PAYMENT THEREOF AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.129.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established and provided the following
salaries for the following designated officers and employees of
the City:
Municipal Judge... ... ........ .$100.00 per session of court
Clerk of the Municipal Court. ..$25.00 per session of court
Chief of Police...............$100.00 per month
SECTION 2. METHOD OF PAYMENT
The foregoing salaries may be paid in monthly, quarterly or
annual payments in proper proportionate amounts as may be
deemed advisable by the City.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
The foregoing salaries shall be effective as of July 1,
1989.
This ordinance shall become effective upon its publication
in the official city newspaper.
SECTION 4. Ordinance Number 129 and any other ordinances in
conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
