LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC. AUGUST 3 2000
The Information Inc., of the City of Lynwood met in a Budget Workshop at
Bateman Hall, 11331 Ernestine Avenue on the above date at 9:05 a.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Directors Rea, Reyes, Sanchez, and Byrd answered roll call.
Director Richards was absent.
_ Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Secretary Hooper
and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been posted in accordance with
The Brown Act.

Item #4: FY 2000-2001 Operating Budget & Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) r~ ~
City Manager Davis stated this meeting was scheduled to discuss the year 2000 ~ ~
- 2001 budget. ~~,
Director of Finance and Administration Earnest presented an overview of
operating budget, revenues & expenditures and retirement fund.
RECESS
'~ It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Director Richards and carried to
recess to a Street Dedication at 10:55 a.m.
Reconvened at 11:05 a.m.
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by
Director Richards and carried to adjourn at 11:35 a.m.
