RESOLUTION NO. 88-213 ADOPTED November 8~__1988
A RESOLOTION: MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LEESBURG CABLE TELEVISION
ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Alvin Dodson resigned from the Leesburg Cable Television
Advisory Commission; and
WHEREAS, Section 5.1-61 of the Code of Ordinances calls for the Mayor
to appoint three members of the commission with the consent of the Town
Council; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Dodson had been appointed by the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Karen Jones has indicated an interest to serve the town
in this capacity.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
Ms. Karen Jones is hereby appointed to serve on the Leesburg Cable
Television Advisory Commission for the balance of Mr. Dodson's term.
