RESOLUTION NO. 88-225 ADOPTED November 8. 1988
A RESOLUTION: MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CENTRAL WAREHOUSE ~D
MAINTENANCE FACILITY PROJECT
WHEREAS, four change orders to the central warehouse and maintenance
facility construction contract have been executed to principally
accommodate poor soils conditions; and
WHEREAS, these change orders require a supplemental appropriation:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in
Virginia as follows:
An appropriation is made to the Buildings-Public Works Facility
Capital Projects Fund in the amount of $90,000 to Account No. 9500--700-
100-901, Construction, until the project is complete.
