AT 7:45 P.M.7enetees Anderson, Andrews,Newell, Gaffner and Hasbrouck were
peesent. The minutes of the preceeding meetings were read and approved.
The letter from the Wagner Electric & Mfa, 0o . in regard to the 10 Tlp.
motor at the pumping plant was read and disecused.The clerk was instructed
to cal) Mr McIntyre and ask that he come to the Town Hall and explain
to the Town Board who was responsible for the ordering of the above
mentioned motor. The clerk was then instructed to write the Wagner Electri
inform them that the motor mentioned in their letter was
the property of Mr.G. P.Sethman and was awaiting his order.
rayor Smith then read letters to and from Mr.Lilard in regar.i to his
account with the Town of Ault .
Anderson moved, seconded by Hasbrouck that the clerk pay Mr.Lilyard
el25.00 on his account.Tipon vote, Anderson, Gaffner,Newell and Haebrourfe
vote,: Yea.AndreJs, lcay.
The proposition of purcnasing a motor for the small air ccmpresser
was alcussea and the clerk was instructed to c:et pricee.
The smailpox situation was disscused and Mr.Hardinc: stated that 47
new cases had developed within 2 weeks.
The following bills having been checked by the finance committee
were reau.

CALLED MEETING. December 27th11921.
A CALLED MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD WAq CALLED TO ORD7R BY THE
MAYOR at 8: 00 P.M. for the purpose of lowering the rates charged for
water in the Town of Aul3 , Trustees,Anderson, Andrews, Gaffner,Newell.
and Hasbrouck were present.
Jim R.Kelley addresed the meeting and disscused the drafting of a
new ordinance relating to the purposed reduction in water rates.
The clerk explained the conditions and rates charge: for water
in several other Towns in Northern Colo.4.
Anderson moved, seconded by Newell that ordinances No 33, 55, 40, 51
and 59 and the resolution passed by the Town Board on the 13th day of
April 1920,Be revoked or ammended and an Ordinance drafted making the
Water rates as ,follows41.50 for, the , first ,1500 , galloms or less,and
1.10 per thousand gallons for all amounts over 1500 gallons, The above
to apply only to consumers within the incorporate lints of the Town of
Ault. All consumers outside the incorporate limits of the Town of Ault
to pay 30% in additicn to the above rates, And that there be appropriated
to the Water Works Revenue Fund, 01 , 500.00fron the park fund for water
for the city parks, 0250, 0C from the Street and Alley Fund for street
sprinkling and 0450. 00 from the fire fund or 025.00 per fire hydrant
All present vote Yea.
Hasbrouck moved, seconded by Andrews that the clerk be instructed
to order a 3 HD.motor for the pump house All present vote Yea.
Newell moved, seconded by Andrews to ajourn subject to the aall of
Mayor, All present vote Yea.
