Andrews moved, seconded 'by Dundas, That any of the surplus material at the pumping plant be sold at 50 '"/0 of the current prices. All pre3ent vote YEA. Mr Schoonover addressed the Board in regard to the Tom Mine case, The matter was discussed by the Board,no action taken. The insurance on the pumping plant and contents was discussed. Andrews moved, seconded by Newell, That Mr Wilkins be given the pri- , veledge of writing the insurance on the contents to the amount of e3, 000. 00,and that Mr Campbell be given the privelege of writing the insurance on the building to the amount of 1$2,000. 00.All present vote Yea. Dundas moved, seconded by Andrews. That the dray men be notified not to dump any rubbish of any kind upon the Union Pacific right-of- way,All present vote Yea. .
